My 2017 Ram developed an issue with the engine while on the way through town(coldest day of the year no less) and I pulled in to see if they could have a look at it. This was almost 2pm on a Friday and I needed to drive through to Alberta that day. They were able to get a tech looking into the issue, find and resolve the problem in about 2 hours for a more that reasonable expense. Many places would have no interest in facilitating an emergency repair like this, especially when it’s almost time to check out for the weekend but they handled it. In my mind it speaks to a culture that’s engaged, results-driven and customer focused. They kept me from being stranded far from home during a cold snap and things like that make a difference.
