A Fantastic experience!! I had contacted quite a few dealers in BC about ordering a new truck. Most tried to steer me towards what they had on the lot and some just did not know answers to questions I had and would just make up info as they went. I contacted Braby Motors with just a email and they followed up with every question I had and found answers when they didn’t know. They were fair with the pricing and followed through with everything they had promised when the truck arrived. No hidden costs or games , just good honest service. It felt like the old times when a dealership wanted your business and went out of their way to get you as a customer. Big thanks to Warren Inskip for taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for a truck and to the Braby team for great follow thru.

I was treated as a VIP customer with a lot of attention to details, not many dealers out here have this level of customer service. I know that, I also have a Ford vehicle, but it is a different story. I did NOT purchase my truck at Braby Motors dealer but I needed to address several manufacturer's issues in a short time frame before my trip. I called and talked to Felix, he was very helpful. I was impressed! I called to book a follow up appointment and Autumn was amazing. I was impressed the second time. My truck had some issues with fuel filteration and Ops. Director Ryan Gray was very professional. Ryan even offered me a shuttle ride when the team was on lunch. I could not believe that, a typical dealer will be asking you to wait. Regarding shuttle service at the Braby dealer, thank you Samantha you are a great driver and I love your personallity. You guys are amazing team. Thank you for all your time and effort Ryan, Felix, Samantha, Autumn!!

My 2017 Ram developed an issue with the engine while on the way through town(coldest day of the year no less) and I pulled in to see if they could have a look at it. This was almost 2pm on a Friday and I needed to drive through to Alberta that day. They were able to get a tech looking into the issue, find and resolve the problem in about 2 hours for a more that reasonable expense. Many places would have no interest in facilitating an emergency repair like this, especially when it's almost time to check out for the weekend but they handled it. In my mind it speaks to a culture that's engaged, results-driven and customer focused. They kept me from being stranded far from home during a cold snap and things like that make a difference.

Today was the best day ! I got. A flyer in the mail which brought me in. It really felt like a dream ! I was greeted by a very friendly Peter who instantly tried to find a solution to my difficult situation. Exceptional service ! He treated my children with much respect and made it a fun experience for us! After a few test drives with Peter and help from Clayton crunching the numbers I came in at 840 am and drove home with my New to me SUV by 6pm! What an amazing service from the sales to the financial team to the Insurance and the end document signing ! They really work miracles and I’d recommend anyone to head their way :)
