Braby Motors is looking for a full time receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a Tuesday - Saturday position starting immediately.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our receptionist's duties include offering administrative support for each department, greeting clients, operating the switchboard phone system, managing the front desk and other clerical tasks.


Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the dealership

Direct clients to the appropriate person and office

Answer and forward incoming phone calls, take messages when needed

Ensure reception area and coffee stations are tidy and presentable

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Process payments and refunds

Assist Sales Department with vehicle inventory management

Assist Accounting Department with basic data entry

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in an office setting would be ideal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. switchboards, fax machines and printers)

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment

Customer service knowledge and professional attitude
